Welcome to EPCulinary.
 We are a food business that is  dedicated to  the Farm to Table  concept. Elizabeth Phillips is a French trained Chef who has worked for over thirty years in the Food Business and recently purchased a farm. As an avid gardener many of our  products are  made from organically grown fruits and vegetables  here at Wynyates Farm or are from other organic farms in the Midland /Georgian Bay,Ontario area.
While not  cooking, tending the garden or working on recipes, Elizabeth is currently  writing a cookbook , photo memoir.
We are pleased to announce  the launching of a new business  called The Chef and the Woodsman- offering a hearth and home service delivering wood and seasonal  food products to the  greater GTA area of Toronto. I will be launching  The Rosedale Girls Pantry -including canned  fresh fruits and vegetables  and preserved goods along with a large variety of  fresh or “Frozen Assets”.
